I wanted to write to thank you so much for helping us ensure that my Dad was able to leave hospital and return home without delay. It was a tall order to ask that you fit a stairlift at 48 hours notice in the middle of a snow storm, but you did just that and our whole family will always be grateful to you for caring enough to take the trouble to help us.
