I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic service and the confidence that I felt in your company while you assisted my father with purchasing a stairlift and a mobility scooter. My father is 87 and doesn’t have as much confidence as he used to and he has struggled lately with his mobility. I live in the USA and due to Covid flight restrictions many of my flights were cancelled but I finally managed to get over for a visit in September 2021 to assist him to get a mobility scooter and stairlift. We were very happy to see that your company is close by to where he lives and I made it my priority to get him more mobile before I returned to the USA.

I went with my father to your showroom and I was so impressed with the service that we received from Valerie and Jenny and we decided that your company was the one that we would be getting to assist us and we didn’t even consider contacting any other companies. My father needed a week to make a decision on the colour for his new mobility scooter and we contacted your company to have the work done.

I was surprised that there could be a six week delay in getting stock but after I explained my situation of living in the USA to your staff they assisted us and 2 days later my father had his stairlift and mobility scooter delivered and installed. Your technician Sam, was amazing and answered all of the questions that we had and he got the stairlift installed and working in a very short period of time. My fathers has a new lease of life and is out and about almost every day on his new scooter and I have the confidence of being on a different continent and not being concerned about him falling on his stairs.

Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better my father told me that he thought that he had a soft tyre or a leak on one of his mobility scooter`s wheels, I tried to assist him on the telephone but I was unable to and I advised him to contact Stairlift Solutions, which he did. My father told me that within 2 hours of calling your company that Sam arrived at his home, checked the scooter tyre and worked out that there was nothing wrong with it and he got it reinflated to the correct pressure for him. I am pleased to say that my father is back on the “road” again and I would appreciate it if you would convey my appreciation to your team. I will be over to visit my father for Christmas and I will be arranging to get him a riser recliner and I will definitely be contacting your company.
