Thank you very much for your very fast and efficient service. It is a great relief to know if we have any issues it can be dealt with very quickly. My mother is very happy and appreciates it a lot. Compared to others, it was more personal approach and based in Northern Ireland. The staff had an excellent knowledge and it came in at a cheaper price.

I just wanted to write to say thank you for the level of service you provided to my parents recently, when you installed a stairlift for them. They couldn’t praise your team highly enough. Understandably they were quite anxious at the disruption that was necessary for this installation to happen (the electric box being shifted etc) but they were very impressed at how easy the job was once you got to do your bit! Mum is delighted she can now get around the house much more easily (and safely) and I must admit I sleep easier in my bed at night too, knowing that she is safe!

I often find that people are quick to criticise when things go wrong, but rarely take the opportunity to praise a good job well done. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone based on my parents comments.

Compared to others, Stairlift Solutions is not pushy and was better value.
