WARRANTY & STAIRLIFT SERVICING

Stairlift Warranty & Aftercare

At Stairlift Solutions, all our stairlifts are extremely reliable and we really don’t anticipate any problems occurring, however in the unlikely event of a breakdown or in case an unforeseen repair is required, having an extended warranty or a service contract will provide you with total peace of mind.

We pride ourselves on our after-sales care and making sure we look after all our customers both old and new alike. Our professional team are always here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help and to fix any problems that might crop up but by purchasing an extended warranty you will then be fully covered for the call out, parts and labour costs should anything go wrong. Another advantage of taking out an extended warranty is that the stairlift will also be serviced for every year that it is covered.

We offer both short-term & long-term stairlift warranties including 1 year & 2-year warranties along with 3 year & 4-year long term warranties.

Plus, we can also offer stairlift servicing contracts instead, which is a more flexible and cheaper alternative.

We provide affordable warranties or stairlift servicing contracts for all our stairlifts depending on your needs, both short term and long term. Our extended warranties and service contracts are not externally insurance backed.

Chris came and gave us a quote for a stairlift which we accepted. The chairlift was installed a few days later. We highly recommemd this company to anyone requiring their services. Chris is a very tidy worker and explains thoroughly the working of the system and is a credit to the company

great service, from the first phone call to completion. The engineer James called for an inspection within two days of first contact. We needed the installation carried out asap for my mum, Johnny the fitter went above and beyond to get it sorted so quickly, and done a great job. 👍

We are very pleased with the professional service that was given by Stairliift Solutions!
Their representative was knowledgeable; friendly, and took the time to ensure my brother & I had the correct stairliift installed in our home!
The engineer who installed the lift was second to none. He took great care with the installation - he was professional and very tidy !
All in all - I would highly recommend this family run business to anyone considering getting a stair lift!
Their prices are not only competitive, compared to some of their bigger named competitors - you have the reassurance of knowing Stairliift Solutions have more engineers throughout Northern Ireland, should anything ever go wrong with your lift, and that means they'll be out the same day, which is a life saver, especially for my brother!
