Great company - highly recommend

Google searched ‘stairlift’ for our elderly and vulnerable neighbour. The top ranked company name was Stairlift Solutions Ni. I needed an immediate installation and they could not have been more helpful. Very quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Once install was complete they took the time to carefully explain everything. This was purchased in October ‘21 and they checked back with us a year later to ensure everything was ok and serviced the stairlift. They are approachable and friendly and have the customer’s best interests at heart. Thank you for making a difficult decision easy. I can not recommend high enough.

From the first phonecall Ann was so friendly and informative. Within a day James was out on site to give us the free no obligation quote, he was very pleasant to deal with and ran through all the options available to us, he also explained the warranty options in detail. My father in law was too ill and wasn't mobile enough to wait on one being provided by the health trust so we made the booking and 2 days later they were out on site to fit a reconditioned stairlift, (we asked for a reconditioned one as it was the cheaper option for us) the stairlift was first class and my father in law was delighted. Again the fitter was professional and friendly (I think his name was Chris) there was minimal mess and once finished the stairs and landing were spotless. We would have no hesitation recommending this company. They care alot about their customers!

Brilliant service! Completed a removal for me on quite short notice, and were able to reschedule no problem when Covid hit. Kim was in constant communication, really appreciated her assistance and advice. The 2 gentleman who removed the lift were professional, quick and very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

There are honestly no words to describe how absolutely amazing the staff at Stairlift solutions are! Be it from the effectiveness of the engineers doing the install to the friendly and wonderful staff in the office who went out of the way to get the lift to us asap!
