I needed a stair lift for my Mum in a hurry, Anne saw to it that all available options were laid out clearly for us, I made contact on the Thursday, confirmed order Friday, the lift was fitted on the following business day after a bank holiday. Recently had a stairlift installed for Dad, everyone I spoke to and who called out were all lovely, mannerly and helpful. We were under time pressure to get a lift installed due to hospital discharge and they worked it in for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Due to a recent disability I could no longer use my stairs,the only other alternative was a chairlift.I looked at a number of companies preferring a local business.After reading numerous reviews and testimonials I settled on Stairlifts Solutions.I contacted the company on a Friday,the surveyor came out on Monday with the chairlift fitted on Wednesday.There was no hard sell, the surveyor fulfilled what your needs were and the company would match any quote from other companies.The fitting was carried out by a efficient engineer (Ted) whose work clean,tidy,and first class.The fitting of lift from start to finish took around 90 minutes including operating instructions.Would have no trouble in recommending this company.

There came a point when safety out weighed my fierce independence. I went to the showroom under protest and had no interest in engaging with the staff who in my mind were going to force me to face reality to make a sale. How wrong was I! Jen was great she totally understood my reluctance to get a stairlift, there was no pressure and Jen advised on the best situation for my circumstances. Even when my stair carpet was delayed being fitted, Jen never pressured me and just worked with the delay. Jen really put me at ease and was able to have appropriate banter with me, which I really appreciated making me feel comfortable when asking Jen absolutely anything. When my elderly mother came for a visit I needed a shower stool and Jen was my first port of call to see if she could help and my guardian angel pulled it out the bag and got me a shower stool within 10 minutes. I wouldn't feel comfortable asking anyone else for any type of aid. Jen is an absolute shiny star.
