Following the very sudden and unexpected death of my husband, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your very prompt removal of the stairlift from my property in Newtownabbey and your equally prompt reimbursement of the sum owed back. The young chap James who oversaw both the installation and removal of the stairlift was a delight and very kind to me after my husband’s passing.
