Two weeks ago my husband and I had one of your stairlifts installed in our home and we are so happy with it. We would like to thank you all for the very efficient way we were dealt with, from our first phone call to the installation. We had great praise for James who was a lovely pleasant lad and nothing was too much bother for him, it was all done so quickly and without fuss. The engineer who fitted the stairlift was superb. He explained everything in detail and made sure we knew how to operate everything before he left. You supply a quality product with excellent customer service – I can now enjoy going upstairs again which was painful for a long time.
