Ken came to our home on a Saturday evening after we contacted him on the same Saturday morning, the specialised equipment was installed within a week and the fitter (Randle) arrived on time and gave an excellent product demonstration followed by a clean and efficient installation. We are delighted with the product and it has brought about a major change in our home. Excellent all round and highly recommended.

I wish to thank you on behalf of my mother for installing the stairlift so quickly which she is finding so useful. I also wish to draw to your attention how understanding and helpful your engineer James was every time we met him. From the beginning he explained clearly how the stairlift worked and demonstrated the lifts position before he installed it. He was at your showroom when we called and he was so patient in encouraging my mother to try out the lift. Please express our thanks to him and as we told him he was an excellent salesman as well.
