Thank you for the high level of service your company provides. A stairlift is never at the top of anyone’s shopping wish list but when it is deemed to be a necessity in order to allow a loved one to remain in their own home it is reassuring to know that there are professionals you can call upon to act quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed with everyone I dealt with; the owner, the girls at the end of the phone and the engineer who was responsible for both the consultation and the installation. All were kind, patient and good humoured and in addition all appointments were kept which is so helpful at a time when you are trying to juggle a myriad of re-hab related requirements including hospital and social services commitments.

I wish to thank you on behalf of my mother for installing the stairlift so quickly which she is finding so useful. I also wish to draw to your attention how understanding and helpful your engineer James was every time we met him. From the beginning he explained clearly how the stairlift worked and demonstrated the lifts position before he installed it.
