If one of our customers no longer needs their stairlift then we always try to help them as much as possible so – unlike many other stairlift companies – we can usually offer to buy it back, depending on its age and condition etc. When it comes to curved stairlifts, this would only be for the Flow and Bespoke Infinity models as we cannot buy back the Brooks 180 model.
We also understand that a curved stairlift can often be an expensive thing to purchase and so that’s why we usually have a range of reconditioned Flow or Bespoke Infinity models available from as little as £3495 installed. Our second hand curved stairlifts range in price depending on their age, what condition they are in, or how much warranty is on them but they always come fully fitted with a brand new bespoke rail.
We would fully service any stairlift before it is installed again which would include a full check over and test, making sure everything is working properly and replacing anything that isn’t, including the batteries. We would also thoroughly clean it before it is ready to be installed again and in fact, most reconditioned stairlifts look as good as new!
