While two other suppliers didn’t turn up and one wouldn’t come as far as Newry – you were polite and prompt with no nonsense and showed a good choice of products and prices. Both the rep and the engineer were extremely informative and sociable with my elderly mother as they explained every step they were taking. Many thanks, it has changed her life and outlook.
