We were very impressed by the service we got from the first phone call to when the stairlift was installed, the communication of the appointment times was first class and much appreciated. My husband became challenged with his mobility due to serious illness, he could no longer manage to rise from his normal chair. We investigated various suppliers of riser recliner chairs and were delighted that we found Stairlift Solutions, who had a showroom where he could try the various options available. Our experience from start to finish was brilliant, from the very helpful lady in the showroom, to choosing the appropriate chair, the lovely gentlemen who arrived and set the chair up with the information on how to use it.
