Ken came to our home on a Saturday evening after we contacted him on the same Saturday morning, the specialised equipment was installed within a week and the fitter (Randle) arrived on time and gave an excellent product demonstration followed by a clean and efficient installation. We are delighted with the product and it has brought about a major change in our home. Excellent all round and highly recommended.

You actually found a solution to my very steep and narrow stairs. We are very pleased with the stairlift, it has been a Godsend to my husband and I don’t know how we could manage without it.
