I also wish to draw to your attention how understanding and helpful your engineer James was every time we met him. From the beginning he explained clearly how the stairlift worked and demonstrated the lifts position before he installed it. He was at your showroom when we called and he was so patient in encouraging my mother to try out the lift. Please express our thanks to him and as we told him he was an excellent salesman as well.
