My husband became challenged with his mobility due to serious illness, he could no longer manage to rise from his normal chair. Our experience from start to finish was brilliant, from the very helpful lady in the showroom, to choosing the appropriate chair, the lovely gentlemen who arrived and set the chair up with the information on how to use it.
