Promoter

This competition is organised by Stairlift Solutions N.I. Limited, 141 Quarry Heights, Newtownards, Co. Down, N. Ireland, BT23 7SZ.

Eligibility

Open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.
One entry per person.
Employees of Stairlift Solutions NI, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Competition period

The competition opens on 12 December 2025 and closes at midnight on 16 December 2025.
Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

How to enter

Complete the online entry form in full.
You may enter for yourself or nominate someone else.
A short reason explaining why the entrant or nominee would benefit must be included for the entry to be valid.
No purchase is required to enter.

Prizes

Two prizes will be awarded to two separate entrants:

One Rascal Vista DX mobility scooter.
One Rascal Razoo powerchair.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
Specifications are based on manufacturer information and performance may vary in real-world use.

Winner selection

After the competition closes, the Stairlift Solutions NI team will review all valid entries and shortlist their favourite submissions.
All shortlisted entries will be entered into a live draw taking place on Wednesday 17 December 2025.
Two winners will be selected at random during the live draw.
Winners will be contacted by telephone or email within 48 hours of the draw.

If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, Stairlift Solutions NI reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize delivery

Prizes will be arranged for delivery or collection within Northern Ireland only.
A handover date will be agreed directly with each winner.

Publicity and media consent

By entering, you agree that if selected as a winner, you will be available for reasonable publicity, including photographs, videos, or testimonial content relating to the prize handover and future promotional activity.
Winners will not be required to appear in publicity without prior agreement, but refusal may result in the prize being re-drawn if publicity is essential to the competition’s outcome.
All content created may be used by Stairlift Solutions NI across digital, social, print, and other marketing channels.

Data usage

Entry details will be used for administering the competition and for future contact regarding Stairlift Solutions NI services.
Your data will not be shared with third parties.
You may request removal from our mailing lists at any time.

Moderation and fair use

Stairlift Solutions NI reserves the right to:

Remove entries containing offensive or inappropriate content
Disqualify entries suspected of using false details, multiple identities, or automated submissions
Amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our control require it

Liability

Stairlift Solutions NI accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or network errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from taking part in the competition or from use of the prizes.
