We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join the team at our Newtownards showroom. You’ll install, service and repair stairlifts and other mobility products in customers’ homes across Northern Ireland and the border counties of the Republic of Ireland. You’ll also carry out stairlift surveys and help customers choose the right product.
We’re a local family business with more than 25 years’ experience and over 10,000 customers. Many of the people you’ll visit are older or less mobile, so a patient, friendly manner matters as much as your technical skill.

What you’ll need
- At least 3 years’ engineering experience
- Experience dealing with customers by phone and face to face

It would help if you have
- Experience with stairlifts or other mobility products
- Experience working with older people
