I can highly recommend Stairlift Solutions. I called to enquired about a stairlift for my father who was finding stairs very difficult and within 2 hours an engineer was at our property, took some measurements and explained what our options were. Within 24 hours the engineer was back and installed the stairlift. I would like to thank Gail for her help organising an engineer visit so quickly and Ted the engineer who installed the lift so quickly. He made the whole process so easy making stairs less of worry for my father.

Staff in office are clearly well-trained and able to help with queries, and capable of talking through all aspects of the stairlift. Compared to others, you’’re better in every way –- price, helpful attitude, speed and support all better.

Would recommend to anyone. The service first class. James lovely young man, so helpful. Explained everything in great detail. Chris who fitted it, nothing was too much trouble. Pleasure to deal with.

Wow what a service! Called for a survey to get my mum a stairlift. James arrived on the Monday his professionalism and advise was second to none. Mum decided to go ahead, and the lift was fitted on the Thursday. The engineer was professional and tidied as he went along. Mum is over the moon.

Compared to others, Stairlift Solutions has a better range of products and value for money. Quality of service was excellent with no pressure to purchase. Showroom is a great space to try the ranges before making any decision.

On Tuesday morning an engineer came out that afternoon to take measurements, discuss options, prices etc. The new stairlift was installed by lunchtime on the Thursday and is making a big difference and upstairs is now more accessible. Thanks to Chris, you did a great job. Much appreciated.

Chris was amazing how he helped me with my Dad. While I was out of the country Dad’s stairlift started to play up. Chris called to see about this whereby it worked again but unfortunately, it played up again and the only way forward was to replace it. I chatted to Chris over the phone as I was unable to be there. We came to an agreement, and he was such a guy in a million to sort it all out for me. It was a pleasure to deal with him. My Dad said he was delighted to have Chris in his home to sort it out.
