I just wanted to write to say thank you for the level of service you provided to my parents recently, when you installed a stairlift for them. They couldn’t praise your team highly enough. Understandably they were quite anxious at the disruption that was necessary for this installation to happen (the electric box being shifted etc) but they were very impressed at how easy the job was once you got to do your bit!
