I recently purchased a stairlift to hire for my father who is very ill. Having the lift fitted presented a few challenges. I would like to pass on our thanks to James, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He called at the house and spoke to the joiner prior to altering the stairs. James made a difficult situation easier to deal with. The lift has been a real Godsend for my Dad, who has limited time left with us, the lift means he can come downstairs for as long as possible, and retain some independence. James was polite, kind and took the time to speak to my Mum and explained everything with patience and interest. He’s an asset to your company.
