I emailed the company on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply later that evening to arrange a visit by Michael, the company’s sales rep, the following day. He turned up at the arranged time and I have to say was one of the nicest guys and company reps I have ever met! Polite, courteous, completely knowledgeable about the product and gave us a complete picture of what we needed along with prices, warranties etc and was completely sympathetic to our situation as we required installation as quickly as could be arranged. Imagine our complete surprise and delight when he phoned later that evening to say their engineer would be with us the next day to install the stairlift. Randle, the installation engineer, again was with us at the arranged time and had the lift installed and operational in no time at all without a shred of evidence that he’d even been there!! After a full explanation of how the lift worked, various demonstrations of the remote controls, chair controls etc he left us feeling confident that my elderly mother would have absolutely no problems or fears in using the lift. I cannot praise highly enough the level of service from initial enquiry to operational completion. If you are in the market for a stairlift then go no where else.
