Thank you for the high level of service your company provides. A stairlift is never at the top of anyone’s shopping wish list but when it is deemed to be a necessity in order to allow a loved one to remain in their own home it is reassuring to know that there are professionals you can call upon to act quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed with everyone I dealt with; the owner, the girls at the end of the phone and the engineer who was responsible for both the consultation and the installation. All were kind, patient and good humoured and in addition all appointments were kept which is so helpful at a time when you are trying to juggle a myriad of re-hab related requirements including hospital and social services commitments.
